- Check the traveller names against their identity documents and confirm who the booking is for.
- Obtain the total price, currency, payment schedule, inclusions and exclusions in writing.
- Confirm the airline fare conditions, baggage allowance, hotel name and room occupancy, meals, transfers and any optional services.
- Check visa eligibility and application requirements for your circumstances. Issuing authorities decide visa and entry applications; an enquiry or payment alone does not guarantee approval.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Ask for the applicable change, cancellation, no-show and refund conditions before paying. Charges and refund eligibility may differ between flights, hotels, visa processing, packages and other services. Do not assume that every component is refundable or that a refund has been approved until it is confirmed through the relevant process. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Payments and booking status
Use the payment methods and references provided through the official booking process. Keep receipts and check the status in your account. A payment confirmation is different from confirmation of each travel component. Contact us if the amount, reference or booking status does not match your records.
Store purchases
Check the product description, displayed price, delivery availability and return information shown for the purchase. Travel-service terms and product-return arrangements may differ. Contact support about damage, an incorrect item or another order issue rather than posting private order details publicly.
Documents and personal information
Provide accurate information and upload documents only through the designated account or booking tools. Avoid sharing identity or payment details in public comments. Our privacy policy describes the handling of account, booking and comment information.
Questions or disputes
Contact us before confirming if anything is unclear. For an existing booking, provide the reference privately and describe the issue so that it can be reviewed with the relevant provider.
