Flight quotation and ticket assistance

Request an airfare quotation with clear route, passenger and fare-condition details.

Enter the complete route

Select departure and destination airports rather than relying only on city names. For a return journey provide both dates. For multi-city travel list every leg and date in order. If a connection involves changing airports or separately issued tickets, ask about transfer time, baggage and the consequences of a missed connection.

Provide passenger information

Enter the adult, child and infant counts accurately. Give children’s ages on departure when requested. Infant accompaniment and seating rules depend on the airline, so unusual arrangements need office review. Traveller names must match the travel documents used for ticket issuance.

Compare the full fare

Review cabin, checked and cabin baggage, airport changes, stopovers, meal arrangements, refund conditions, date-change charges and the ticketing deadline. A lower headline fare may have different restrictions. Airline fares and seats can change before issuance; a quotation is not a confirmed ticket.

Check entry and transit requirements

Check the relevant official entry and transit requirements for each traveller’s passport and circumstances. A flight reservation does not guarantee boarding, entry or a visa. For separate tickets, clarify which party is responsible for connections and baggage transfers.

After ticket issuance

Check the airline record reference, passenger names, airports and local departure times on your ticket. Keep the latest revision and contact details. Request changes through the private workspace; a submitted change request does not itself amend the ticket.
