Provide usable pickup details

Choose the pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, local pickup time and passenger count. For an airport transfer provide the flight and terminal details through the booking tools. Confirm how the driver will identify you and what to do after a delayed arrival. A city name alone may not identify the correct pickup point.

Match the vehicle to the journey

Review passenger seating, luggage capacity, accessibility needs and the route. A nominal seat count does not establish space for large luggage or mobility equipment. Ask about child-seat arrangements where relevant. Any special equipment or assistance requires explicit confirmation.

Check the quotation

Confirm whether the fare is for a vehicle, passenger, trip, day or other stated unit. Check currency, included stops, waiting time, parking or other charges, extra distance and cancellation conditions. If your journey includes several legs, identify each leg and what constitutes completion of the whole arrangement.

Track the assigned trip safely

Live tracking depends on device permission, connectivity and current location updates. Check the last update time; a stale map position is not a reliable arrival estimate. Share journey links only with trusted people and end sharing when appropriate. Tracking is not an emergency service.

Handle changes and issues

Use the private workspace for pickup changes or service issues and contact the number in your booking confirmation for an imminent disruption. The office must coordinate replacements or changes with the assigned provider. Do not assume a submitted request has changed the confirmed pickup.
