Compare what the package actually includes

Request the named hotels, room category, number of nights in each city, meal basis, airport transfers, intercity transport, baggage and optional visits in writing. A hotel described as “near the Haram” is not enough: check the actual entrance, walking route and accessibility. Ask which items are excluded and whether any component still awaits confirmation.

Check before paying

Review the total in its transaction currency, payment schedule and component-specific cancellation terms. Airline, hotel, ground-service and visa-processing conditions may differ. An enquiry is not a reservation, a payment receipt is not a ticket, and a visa decision remains with the issuing authority. Obtain written confirmation of each component.

Prepare for departure

Use your private service workspace for a readiness checklist and questions. Check the latest applicable official entry, health and permit requirements for your circumstances. Keep the confirmed itinerary, tickets, vouchers, receipts and support contacts available. Request assistance early and obtain supplier confirmation.

Hajj arrangements are separate

Do not treat an Umrah enquiry, commercial registration or general package description as proof of Hajj authorisation. Ask for the applicable programme and provider documents before proceeding.
